Jodi Walsham was a young, talented local musician and creative that sadly took her own life in January 2021. Just before she died, Jodie wrote the lyrics, music and provided all vocals for 'Love and Scars' - a powerful song that we wanted to share to support her family and the community.

Jodi graduated from The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts in 2018, with a BA in 'Community Drama and Applied Theatre'. She was passionate about music and drama and both were a huge part of Jodi’s life. Music especially helped her express her feelings and manage her anxiety and we know she would have wanted us to help others to do the same, as well as raising awareness of mental health. Given Jodi’s interests, it's been hard to choose just one charity so her family have decided to support three great causes, which are representative of Jodi and her life.
